Turkey on the precipice

I don’t usually do this, but given the fact that Thanksgiving for the US is coming up tomorrow, I felt this post was once again poignant. Some of the details differ, with American Thanksgiving being a Thursday and Canadian being a Monday, and of course, there is Black Friday, which brings a whole new level to the word door crasher (we don’t see that until December 26th, Boxing Day). But the key is that holidays are a stressful time of year for many people, and these tips are meant to help find a few ways to ease the burden, or at least space it out a bit.

I think one of my favourites (if I do say so myself) is:

Suck it up

And do them all in one day. Nobody ever said that you can’t have turkey dinners for both lunch and supper, did they? Okay, perhaps this one isn’t the best option on this list, but it is an option nonetheless, just make sure you bring the pants with the elastic waist.

For the rest, click through to the original! (Just don’t tell my trainer about that suggestion . . . )

Happy Thanksgiving!
