When I was reflecting on what I wanted to do and where I wanted to take LiveWorkBalance in this year, one thing kept popping up. One of my main goals this year is to move from the nearly pure “lecture” style that we see now to more of a discussion. Basically, I’m hoping to improve communication in both directions.

This will take several forms, from a few new article formats to new features on the site, but all will have an underlying goal of increasing your impact on the site and its content. You can look for some of these features to start rolling out over the next few weeks or so.

However, I’d also like to start the discussion right now, with a straightforward question. What would you like to see in the coming year from LiveWorkBalance? What topics would you like covered, what features do you want implemented, heck, what colour themes do you like? What have I written in the past that you’ve liked, or that you’d like to see more on?

With your feedback on this, I can work to ensure that everyone gains the most benefit from LiveWorkBalance, and that we can all improve our own work-life balance.

So please share your thoughts, either in the comments below, or through email, at adam@liveworkbalance.com. I look forward to seeing what you’re thinking, and I’ll see you back here on Monday with some tips on how to get back into the swing of things after a few weeks of relative downtime.

Cheers,

Adam
