Another quick post today, I was going to save these for some future references (and very well might use them again anyhow), but I really liked them and wanted to share.  I know that I’ve been very busy this week, so these also struck a bit of a chord with me as well.  Hope you enjoyed these great posts as much as I did!

As I opened up my RSS reader this morning, one of the first posts I came across was Leo’s post on how to cut back when you’re overwhelmed.  At LiveWorkBalance, I generally try to cover both ways to get back to balance, and how to be proactive about it.  In 8 simple steps, Leo has summed up a lot of what I’ve been trying to communicate and shows a straightforward approach to getting from being overwhelmed to getting to a good fulcrum. (I guess that’s why he’s the Pro Blogger and I have a day job ;))

On a related note, Anne Zelenka, Editor-at-Large for Web Worker Daily has a great post over at Tim Ferriss’ blog, listing 5 tips to help the work-obsessed draw some boundaries.  Even if you’re not work-obsessed, but occasionally find it a struggle to keep the work portion of your life from taking over, these tips can definitely be good guidelines to follow.

If all goes well, I’ll be back with my regular post tomorrow, but in the meantime, enjoy these!

Cheers,

Adam
