Quick and Dirty: Staying Healthy and Getting Those Resolutions Back

Posted on Jan 16, 2008 by Adam Miller in Quick and Dirty | 0 Comments

Just a quick note, today’s post on improving the quality of your work is going to be delayed a day or two. My router at home has decided to block this website for some reason unbeknownst to me, so yesterday’s writing time turned into yesterday’s router fixing time, as yet to no avail . . . If I get it back up and running tonight, I will do my best to have it for you tomorrow.

As today’s regular post has been delayed, I thought I’d share two quick links that I felt were worth a read.

First, Kavit Haria has posted a list of 8 Tips for Healthy Living On The Go over at lifehack.org. These are a must-read for anyone trying to improve some of their habits in the healthy living arena. You may recognize some or all of them, but I find that seeing a list like this presents it in a way that makes you more conscious of your daily actions.

And second, Organize IT’s James has posted a few tips for getting your New Year’s Resolutions back on track over at Life Optimizer. This actually ties in quite nicely with my New Year’s Results post, and gives some more detail on how to really make the changes you want to make.

Cheers,

Adam
